Raquel Managed the creation of the new membership program RED MAMBO: RED MAMBO opened in October 2016 and has been a key financial platform for the Museum since then with more than 300 members within four months of its inauguration. Shaped and researched possible alliances with corporate and institutional membership prospects. She administrated and created members and prospect members data bases, developed alliances with cultural institutions, art fairs, and artists around the world, planned monthly curator, artist, and art world personalities discussions and guided tours for the general public and members, and designed special events for allies, members and prospect members.

Co-curated the traveling exhibition CHROMA at the SCAD Museum of Art. Organized events and seminars for medium and high-level executives in association with Mundo Gerencial Colombia. Managed the presence of True Love Foundation in FIDES (non profit organization for mentally disabled children and adults) during the Colombian Special Olympics. Co-organized the deFine Art event in Atlanta and Savannah, GA that presented a combination of performance, special dinner parties, guest panels and tours for an audience of more than 1000 guests.

Developed partnerships between universities and artists. Raquel manages the creation of an artist residency program and sales department, Proposes special projects that look to integrate the arts within design (interior design and architecture), and works with a team of artists and designers to produce commissioned work.
Assisted with administrative tasks and project managing. Implemented customer service initiatives for high-level members and prospect donors. Managed individual membership program. Took part in the special events logistics team.
